The seasonal merchandiser will act as a field representative for Masterpiece Flower Company LLC . The purpose of this position is to create and maintain great looking plant displays at our customer's location and to provide outstanding and professional customer service to our customers/vendors as needed. This job requires the merchandiser to perform physical tasks as well as maintain communication with store associates, regional merchandisers and the Masterpiece Flower Company staff.

We even control quality while our products are on the road. Through our dedicated transportation company, Peak Transportation , our products are shipped in specialized trailers that allow for proper temperature control and can be monitored remotely. Protecting our perishable products requires specialized trucking equipment, quick delivery times and a reliable network of trailers and drivers. We accomplish all this and more with our own in-house shipping company, Peak Transportation . Owning a dedicated transportation network allows Masterpiece Flower Company to further control the quality of our product—and gets the freshest, healthiest plants available into your garden centers.
