Menlo’s development expertise, capital markets capabilities and scale make it one of the largest commercial real estate participants in Silicon Valley and Southern California today. As of the end of 2009, 12 separate development projects totaling approximately 2 million square feet have been completed. Virtually all development projects were substantially pre-leased with terms of ten or more years. Menlo Equities will continue to seek development projects in Silicon Valley, Orange County and San Diego. While R&D/office development will be our focus, strategically located retail and residential will also be pursued. MENLO EQUITIES’ commercial property management team provides asset, property, construction and facility management services for over 2.2 million square feet in Northern and Southern California. Our managed real estate portfolio reflects the diversification of Menlo Equities’ markets and products, which includes office buildings, corporate facilities, high technology research and development facilities, business parks and industrial and manufacturing facilities.
