Bill joined Merz as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Merz North America in March of 2012. He is a member of the Merz Pharma Board and chairman of the Merz Pharmaceuticals LLC Board, Merz Aesthetics Board, and the Merz Canada Board. As President and CEO, Bill develops and implements overall strategies, manages operations, evaluates financial growth, and enhances the ethical culture of the company.

Merz North America is a specialty healthcare company dedicated to the development and marketing of innovative quality products for physicians and patients across the US and Canada. Our products are distributed through three divisions: Aesthetics/OTC , Dermatology , and Neurosciences .

Brian joined Merz in December 2004 and serves as Vice President of Medical Affairs for Merz North America. Brian is primarily responsible for leading the Medical Affairs function serving Aesthetics, Dermatology, and Neuroscience businesses, which includes Field Clinical Specialist, Regional Medical Manager, Aesthetics Clinical Services, all Scientific and Medical Communications, Physician Relations, and Thought Leader Development, as well as all grants and sponsorship administration in the US. Brian has over 15 years of experience in medical research and education.
