Welcome to the Center for Creative Leadership At the Center, we recognize that leadership development is crucial for individual and organizational success. Today, executives and managers must find creative solutions to complex challenges where the call for effective leadership is stronger than ever.We are an internationally recognized resource for understanding and expanding the leadership capabilities of individuals and organizations from across the public, private, nonprofit, government and education sectors. Our mission is to advance the understanding, practice and development of leadership for the benefit of society worldwide. Our role is to help address the leadership component of both business and organizational challenges - helping to build, extend and revitalize the practice of leadership.Through our programs, CCL has a significant impact on some 20,000 leaders and 3,000 organizations each year. We work across all sectors in our global society, serving more than two thirds of the Fortune 100; state, local, and national governments and government agencies; nonprofit organizations; and educational institutions and school systems. Our scholarship programs and organizational interventions demonstrate a special commitment to the development of leadership in the nonprofit and education sectors. Over the last two years alone, the Center granted 430 scholarships to individual leaders of nonprofits and schools and provided hundreds of specially priced training days - a contribution to the sector valued at nearly $5 million.
