Description

For more than 100 years, the cast iron pipe has been suspended on the underbelly of the bridge, providing water service to customers on both sides of the Upper Ammonoosuc. The solution will require directional drilling to install 300+ feet of new pipe beneath the riverbed.

Caswell served as New England Regional Administrator for the US Department of Housing and Urban Development from 2005-2009. He has also worked for KeySpan Energy, Farmers Insurance Group, and former NH Congressman Bill Zeliff. Most recently, he has operated Caswell Strategies, an affordable housing and energy solutions consulting firm he founded in 2009. He was also the managing director for CleanGen Partners, which funds and develops solar photovoltaic systems.

The primary mission of BMCAP is to work with low-income families and the elderly to assist them in their efforts to become or remain financially and socially independent. The Agency accomplishes this task by providing a broad array of services that are locally defined, planned, and managed.
