Description

Our client service department serves as the primary link between the laboratory and our clients. You can expect our representatives to be knowledgable, prompt, courteous, professional, and helpful in fulfilling your needs and interests. The supervisor of this department is required to be a Medical Technologist, and all representatives must have had previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting. All members of the department attend seminars and inservices in customer support on an ongoing basis.

12. In the event that one party's performance under this Purchase Order is deficient, then upon receipt of notice of the deficiency, the other party shall have to 30 days to cure the deficiency.

14. Access to Records. For at least four years after providing goods or services pursuant to this agreement, Seller shall, upon request, make the following documents available to the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the Comptroller General, or the authorized representative of either; a copy of this contract, all books, documents and records of Seller necessary to certify the nature and extent of the costs incurred by Buyer in connection with this contract, and such other documents as may be requested pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1395 x (v) (1) (I) as amended.

The Coagulation Laboratory provides a comprehensive menu of services to assist the clinician in diagnosing and managing disorders of hemostasis and thrombosis. The laboratory uses state-of-the-art technology in diagnostic evaluations, including molecular techniques. The Medical Director and staff technologists have years of experience and expertise in coagulation.
