Northern Geomantics was founded in 1995 with the goal of providing superior GIS services to state and federal natural resource management agencies. Since then, the list of industries served by Northern Geomantics has expanded to include utilities, transportation, telecommunications, insurance, health care and homeland security.

Northern Geomantics has specialized in finely crafted GIS-based cartography for over 20 years. We are skilled at producing printer-ready maps using ArcGIS as well as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

Northern Geomantics has specialized in finely crafted GIS-based cartography for nearly two decades. Bill Duffy, NorthGeo's chief cartographer, actually has a degree in Fine Art and has been designing maps for over 30 years. While many of the maps we make are created using ArcGIS, we also are skilled at producing printer-ready maps using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. In addition to the map, NorthGeo has expertise in the design and layout of the other graphic elements that are often required to complete or compliment the geographic story.

NorthGeo's long experience working with town managers, planning boards, conservation commissions and land trusts helps us understand the needs of the planning community and provide sensible solutions.
