We looking for someone with a solid understanding of the fundamentals of programming and the underlying technologies of the web who can easily pick up the technologies we're working with now and will be working with in the future.

O3 World, founded in 2005, is an interactive agency specializing in online marketing strategy and custom web and mobile design and development. O3 World is made up of in house strategists, designers, and programmers that work together to bridge the gap between a company’s marketing and technology departments. In addition to post project technical support, O3 World uses data to manage and measure performance and results on ongoing strategy, marketing, and development initiatives.

We are currently seeking a UI / UX Designer for our myriad of accounts including Thomson Reuters, Five Below, Di Bruno Bros., UPenn, Temple, SEI and many others. We are looking for individuals who have experience concepting and creating interactive goodness from wireframes to working comps (concept through production) specifically in the digital space. Qualifying candidates should know HTML / CSS and have experience in all facets of web design, including user experience and user interface design.

Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, and a strong appreciation for our field and company is a must! And obviously, we're looking for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills.
