Since inception OLN has worked with many great people. Not all have been successful in our accelerated, highly competitive and concentrated management training program but everyone that has come through has gained great experience in the basics of business which include, marketing, recruiting, HR, promotions, administration and team leadership. What separated the successful employees were mainly three things; a consistently positive attitude, a persistent work ethic, and a humble student mentality. Ultimately, they are the same habits required for any elite position in any industry.

Account managers are trained to deal with business vendors face-to-face and perform small business presentation. They adapt to a fast-paced marketing environment in a highly saturated commercial market.
