The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education and OneNet provide the following contracts as a service to our customers. These contracts are negotiated with vendors and/or resellers to provide terms and conditions compatible with Oklahoma state law and to provide significant price discounts.

Increasing Broadband Access OneNet is dedicated to leveling the playing field for Oklahoma’s rural communities by increasing broadband access across our state. By delivering high-speed options to rural communities, we ensure our rural citizens have the same opportunities as those who live in our metropolitan areas.
