Description

Our company was formed in 1985, by Clifford F. Boyle, as Simsbury Associates, Inc. The goal at that time was to answer the growing need for affordable, well maintained housing. The need was met by acquiring previously neglected, historically significant, properties, which were then totally rehabilitated and re-introduced into the community.
