Our clubhouse has resident get togethers and can be rented for parties, showers, etc. Old Orchard was voted "Best Overall Community" in 2004 by the Michigan Apartment Association for 400-700 units. Save your money, the gas for heat, cooking and hot water is included in their rent, best value around. Have a small dog or cat? We welcome pets with certain restrictions.
