Description

Scott Tessier is responsible for the overall operations of the hotel/motel division. His primary function is to supervise the General Managers at each property level with an emphasis on budgeting, marketing, purchasing, and overall expense control through corporate buying contracts. Scott has worked for Oliver Companies in this capacity since 2000, after 20 years of previous experience in the hospitality industry. Scott has experience in new property construction and development as well as 15+ years in property level management. Scott is active in various organizations in which he has served as chair or president, including, Chairman of the Missouri, Arkansas, and Kansas Alliance for Days Inn, the Canal Park Business Assoc., the Lawrence Convention and Visitor Bureau, the Duluth Chamber of Commerce Golf Classic, as well as, president of the Portman Recreational Association, and has served on various Board of Directors.
