Anthony Fidaleo is a finance executive with over 25 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant, Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer with public and private companies. He was most recently CFO and Executive Vice President of EOS Petro, an early stage oil and gas exploration company.
Lee Portillo has over a decade experience working in the water technology sector. Over that time his work has focused on the Research & Development, Application Engineering and Engineering Sales of new water treatment technologies for a range of applications including produced water treatment, seawater desalination, waste water reclamation, surface water treatment and ground water remediation.
With over 15 years of accounting and finance experience in the technology and legal sectors, Eric Sandler has a proven track record of effective corporate financial management and internal controls. In 2000, Eric joined Neptune Networks, Inc. when it was a startup and as Financial Controller contributed significantly in the growth and expansion phase of the Company into a market leader in the industry.
In October of 2012, OriginOil announced that it had signed its first agreement to license OriginOil’s proprietary Electro Water Separation ™ process with oil and gas water treatment firm Pearl H20, LLC (Pearl), a Pacific Advanced Civil Engineering, Inc (PACE) spinoff. The agreement is the first in the company’s “Powered by OriginOil™” strategy of deploying OriginOil’s unique technology across global markets to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) who will integrate it seamlessly into their systems and under their own brand.
OriginOil is a joint venture partner in Ennesys , a system integrator focused on algae production to meet the European Union’s environmental regulations. France in particular has mandated that all major buildings achieve a positive energy balance by the year 2020, and be able to treat their own effluents. Ennesys is working with Global 500 clients such as Bouygues Construction to develop waste water algae production as a means to comply with these new green building standards.
