Todd’s core competency is his ability to turn a set of business requirements into a workable software specification. He also has proven skills in the oversight and implementation of software specifications for several industries with the past 15 years focusing on the power industry. Todd’s power industry experience includes, the California Independent System Operator (CAISO) in Folsom, California, NP Energy in Louisville Kentucky, the California Department of Water Resources CDWR in Sacramento, California, and Power Costs Incorporated in Norman Oklahoma. Todd has designed and participated in the development of a number of key software products for the aforementioned organizations. Todd has extensive hands on experience with several software development technologies including, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Java, J2EE, JMS, JDBC, JAXB, JBoss, Weblogic, Tomcat, and so forth. Todd has worked extensively with Message Driven, Web Service Enabling, Service Oriented Architectures (SOA).
Mohammad Vaziri, Ph.D., P.E. is a Senior COnsultant at PARS with over twenty four years of electric utility experience . His areas of competency include generator interconnections, micro grids, transmission and distribution, planning, design and implementation of protective relay schemes and settings for tranmission and distribution systems. Mohammad Vaziri's professional experience includes lead positions the Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E), the California Independent System Operator (CAISO) in Folsom, California, Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) University in Washington, and at the California State University in Sacramento.
Dr. Adib has over thirty years of professional experience from which twenty one years were with the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT). He also served as a Director of APX (Automated Power Exchange) in California providing consulting services to various clients. Dr. Adib was also the former Chairman of the Energy Inter-market Surveillance Group (EISG), an organization that includes Market Monitoring Units (MMUs) in various electricity markets in the United States and all around the world. Dr. Adib has provided private consultations on a wide variety of regulatory and market related issues including energy efficiency and demand responses; and participated in industry activities to enhance the development of environmental commodities markets, such as renewable energy credit and carbon offsets.
