Description
Paradigm was founded in early 1996 by Bob Patterson, whose vision was to create a boutique hotel and restaurant industry consulting firm through which he could devote a high degree of personal attention to each assignment. The name "Paradigm" was selected based on the appeal of its definition, "the standard to which all others are compared."
