Description
Frank is a graduate from the University of Alabama with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in engineering. Through his career he has gained extensive experience in estimating and job management. Frank was the past President of the Alabama Utility Contractors Association and Regional Vice President of the National Utility Contractors Association ( www.nuca.com ). Through these positions, he has worked with many United States Congressmen and Senators toward the betterment of the pipeline industry. Mr.
Over the years, we have developed a strength in overcoming challenges that are unique to the pipeline construction industry. We specialize in wetland construction, horizontal directional drilling, station fabrication, rock excavation, and congested laying conditions.
Patterson & Wilder Construction Company, Inc. was incorporated in the state of Alabama in September of 1962. Prior to the incorporation, the company worked as a partnership for several years. Through the years, the company has been involved in many different facets of construction, but has developed a specialty in the pipeline industry.
Mr. Burden has been with Patterson & Wilder for the past 18 years. While he has worked with Patterson & Wilder, he has managed many significant projects including a large portion of the Eastern SNG project which totaled 90 million dollars. He has held all positions from Operator to Forman to Superintendent and most recently General Superintendent. Danny has a very strong background in fabrication and welding along with an aptitude for scheduling and coordinating project activities. He is certified and trained in OSHA/Safety/CPR, Hazmat, Operator Qualification and Alcohol and Substance abuse.
Mr. Hyman has worked in the pipeline industry since he began as a laborer at the age of 16. He learned quickly and soon became a key Operator working in the most difficult and demanding situations. Mr. Hyman worked as a crew Foreman for many years and in 1998 he became Assistant Superintendent. Mike has supervised multiple crews and personnel on hundreds of projects for Patterson & Wilder. In 2006, he was promoted to Project Superintendent. He has experience in all facets of pipeline construction, including: transmission, distribution, fabrication and testing.
