Personal Assistance Services (PAS), established in 1982, is a nationally, regionally and locally recognized provider of Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs). PAS is a privately owned company with headquarters in St. Louis , Missouri . PAS' sole business is providing Employee Assistance Program services. PAS provides assessment, brief therapy, life management and referral management services as a benefit to employees and their eligible dependents. Through careful program design, PAS improves the quality of life for our clients and contains costs for the organizations we serve. PAS believes that employee talent and productivity are an organization's greatest asset. We enhance the quality of life of the people and organizations we serve through superior personal and professional delivery of service. PAS empowers our own employees to uphold consistently high levels of excellence through teamwork, initiative, innovation, communication, knowledge and skill development.
