Rodney Phillips, owner of Phillips Flooring Center, has accumulated over 20 years of experience in all levels of the flooring industry. His educational background includes an Associates degree in Building Construction from Texas State Technical Institute, and a Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction and Business Administration from Sam Houston State University. Rodney has an insider’s understanding of new construction and remodeling projects due to his personal experience in the construction industry. He has worked as a sales representative for flooring distributors and manufacturers, and managed a retail flooring store for six years prior to opening his own business. Rodney is a “people person” and is at his best when assisting customers make the right flooring decisions for their home and business. Ryan Cook, manager of Phillips Flooring Center, is experienced in retail management, including four years in flooring sales. Ryan’s forte is customer service as he actively seeks to help each customer select a flooring product that will serve them well for years to come. Our customers include hundreds of satisfied individuals and families, as well as churches, banks, retirement homes, schools, and businesses.
