Company founded
1991
Co-founded in 1991 by Drs. Doug Berrian, a special educator, and Geri Gibbia, a speech-language pathologist, the Phoenix Center has developed a reputation of providing individualized, eclectic programs to meet the specific needs of its students and their families. The Phoenix Center Inc. is a NJDOE–approved non-profit private school that provides educational and therapeutic services to children ages 5 through 21 with autism, multiple disabilities and behavioral disabilities. The Center's educational philosophy of treating the whole family affords them, like the ancient phoenix, a second chance to rise to new freshness.
