Pinkowski & Company, established in April of 1987, is a full-service hospitality consulting firm providing Development Services, Asset Management and Consulting Services to companies, individuals and other entities involved in the hospitality industry. Charles G. Pinkowski, founder of Pinkowski & Company has nearly forty years of experience in the hospitality industry both in the field of consulting and national chain hotel development.

CONFERENCE CENTER STUDIES Pinkowski & Company has experience in the formulation of the feasibility of conference center development. Included in this activity are site selection and analyses, facilities planning, management selection and contract negotiation. The company has performed studies for both corporate and university conference centers.

Also affiliated with Pinkowski & Company is David Pear. David has over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry both as a consultant and in hotel operations. After graduating from the University of Tennessee , David joined Holiday Inns and worked in various operations departments before joining PKF in 1981. A Senior Consultant with PKF until 1986, David was involved in a number of hospitality industry engagements including operational reviews, employee food service design and implementation, impact reviews as well as a number of feasibility studies for hotel development projects.
