Ms. Dianne L. Guy serves as President and General Manager. Ms. Guy has over 26 years of experience in the land surveying profession. She supervises all personnel, directs marketing efforts, receives reports on all projects and determines which projects to pursue. Having served in a management position, Ms. Guy has gained valuable experience managing multiple large projects and insuring that proper resources are allocated to facilitate successful completion of the projects. Decisions made at her level to subordinates regarding logistics, production methods and in issues relating to time management have earned PMI its reputation as a highly efficient firm. Mr. Kenneth Leitz, L.S. serves as the Director of Special Projects. Mr. Leitz has over 26 years of experience in the field of land surveying and is recognized as a leader in GPS in this area. His experience includes geodetic surveys, boundary surveys, route surveys, topographic surveys, and construction surveys. His professional affiliations include the Virginia Association of Surveyors, The American Association of Geodetic Surveyors, The American Society of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, The National Society of Professional Surveyor and The American Congress on Surveying and Mapping. Mr. Leitz is currently licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia, State of Florida, State of Kentucky, the State of North Carolina, the State of West Virginia and the State of Tennessee.
