Founded in 1988 ProPath, Incorporated has provided outplacement services through government grants to dislocated workers. In partnership with the South Bay Workforce Investment Board and Orange Couty Workforce Investment Board, ProPath, Incorporated is serving the largest defense related corporations with on site Career Centers at Northrop Grumman, Vought Aircraft Industries, Incorporated, Boeing and several other offices throughout California. Our services are offered through the Workforce Investment Act, a federally funded program at no cost to the individuals or the employers.
