Description

A background experience in PC computer systems is required. Possess an in-depth knowledge/experience in PC hardware and software systems. Be able to read and understand technical and non-technical documents related to the business. Have the technical capabilities to support customers in both PC and Mac environments. Have the capability to support any size of TCP/IP Networking environment. Be able to troubleshoot any PC problem. Team player/ customer oriented. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be willing to travel outside the boundaries of San Benito County.
