As Assistant Property Manager, Amy plays an essential role in Rafco’s day-to-day operations and in our promise to deliver exceptional service for clients. While new to our company, she boasts over 10 years of experience in the property management business. Her extensive experience has taught her that service, communication and follow-through form the foundation to successful property management. In fact, providing superior service is how Amy pursues her continuing goal of nurturing long-term relationships with our Condominium and Home Owners Association clients.

With over 150 years of combined experience under our tool belts, Rafco’s field staff is comprised of maintenance and building engineers, technicians and other highly skilled professionals. Each staff member is cross-trained on all Rafco managed properties, ensuring that our customers’ needs are always met. Our team never stops learning.

Shawn is the Director of Operations for Rafco’s newest business unit, Rafco Clean.From the start, his overriding goal has been to raise the bar for professional cleaning services in the St. Louis area. Possessing over 20 years of experience in janitorial services, management and sales, his skill set has been indispensable in the development of Rafco Clean, ultimately expanding our company’s service area to over two million square feet of office space.

During her tenure with Rafco, Tina has accumulated nearly 10 years of experience in real estate management and earned her designation as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) professional association. As Senior Vice President, she plays an integral role in developing and maintaining our team of professionals—all the managers, engineers, technicians and cleaners who interact with and take care of Rafco clients every day.
