Portfolio consists of premier class A office buildings, and/or retail centers. Candidate will require ability to perform the following: budgetary and financial overview, obtain bids for needed maintenance and repairs, oversee contractors, tenant correspondence, and working with building owners. Some travel may be required. Commercial property management experience required.

Portfolio consists of premier class A and B Office buildings and Retail Shopping Centers . Candidate will require ability to perform the following: budgetary and financial overview, obtain bids for needed maintenance and repairs, oversee contractors, tenant correspondence, and working with building owners. Some travel required. Commercial property management experience required.

Founded in 1957 by Anthony F. Sansone, Sr., he is joined by four of his sons, James, Timothy, Douglas and Nicholas as principals of the firm.

Paul is responsible for all owner reporting, HUD/MHDC correspondence and contract renewals. Mr. Buck has 12 years of experience in various aspects of Affordable Housing, and his vast experience includes all product types including multi-family conventional, Section 202, 221(d)(4), Section 8 project based, and Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).
