ALISA M. VYENIELO, AMS ®, CMCA ® PRESIDENT/STOCKHOLDER Ms. Vyenielo has in excess of 25 years of expertise in the real estate management industry. Alisa is the President of RPMG and has earned the AMS ® and CMCA ® designations from the Communities Association Institute (CAI) and has attended and successfully completed several Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CCIM) classes. Ms. Vyenielo is a Licensed Nevada Real Estate Broker and holds a Property Management Permit. Ms. Vyenielo served as President of the Northern Nevada Apartment Association (NNAA) as well as co-chair of the Nevada State Apartment Association. She also served as President of the Nevada Communities Association Institute (CAI) and served on several committees, including the legislative action committee. Alisa is a 30 year resident Nevadan. HELEN S. WISE, PCAM ® EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT/STOCKHOLDER Ms. Wise has 15 years experience in the real estate management industry, including management of homeowner ’s associations and commercial properties. She has earned the PCAM ® designation; the highest designation awarded a manager from the National Chapter of the Community Association Institute (CAI) as well as a CMCA ® designation. She is a licensed Broker/Sales with the Nevada State Real Estate Division , holding a Property Management Permit. Ms. Wise holds a position on the CAMEO Board of Directors, an association comprised of management company owners and officers whose goal is to raise the professionalism and ethics of the community association industry by offering education to managers, self-monitoring the industry and working closely with a lobbyist hired by CAMEO and legislators to positively affect legislation as it pertains to homeowner ’s associations. Ms. Wise is a past member of the local chapter of the CAI Board of Directors. She is currently a member of the CAI Legislative Action Committee and has served on that committee for a number of years. JACKIE GIBBENS, AMS ®, CMCA ® VICE PRESIDENT Certified Association Manager, State of Nevada Bachelor of Accountancy, University Of North Dakota Ms. Gibbens is an experienced manager of condominium, townhomes, and planned unit developments. She has extensive experience with both developer controlled and homeowner controlled associations. Jackie has also served as an officer on homeowners association Boards of Directors. Ms. Gibbens strives to create open communications and good working relationships among all members of the community team: the developer, the Board of Directors, the manager, and the homeowners. JAMIE SCHMIDT DIRECTOR OF SINGLE FAMILY RENTALS Ms. Schmidt has 7 years experience in the Lending/Real Estate Industry. She has 15 years of extensive training and knowledge in customer service. She strives to maintain a great working relationship with her home owners and tenants. She works with both the investor and tenant to preserve the physical integrity of the home and strives to achieve the goals of the investor, while providing great ongoing service to the tenant. Ms. Schmidt is a licensed Real Estate Agent with a Property Management Permit.
