Elaine wears many hats here at Taylor Association Management. She is our resident Wisconsin native, however she has called the Las Vegas Valley home since 1996. Before entering the Community Management field, she had worked in the mortgage industry for over 6 years. During her mortgage career she met, and worked regularly with the previous owner of Taylor Association Management, Patricia Taylor. After working for years on different sides of the fence, Pat asked Elaine to come and work at Taylor Association Management in 2003.

As President, Pat ensures the team is working together and providing the level of service required to meet and exceed our clients' expectations.

Mimi Marois comes to Taylor Association Management by way of Quebec, Canada. In 1999 she relocated to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida where she began her Community Management career. She took a position with a prestigious large scale community and served as their On-Site Community Manager for over 3 years. In 2006 she left Florida and was bound for Las Vegas. Based on her expert skills, knowledge, and professionalism, she was quickly hired by Taylor Association Management.

Donna moved to Las Vegas in 1992 and had an active career in the mortgage industry for over 20 years. Her hobbies include reading, being outdoors, cooking and entertaining. She is married and has two children.

Condominium and homeowner associations are governed by a series of documents that detail the responsibilities of the homeowner and the community to provide services. Anyone purchasing a home in a community is entitled to have those documents prior to the purchase of their home. The resale package is the method mandated by NRS 116 and NAC 116 to assure that new homebuyers are aware of their obligations and status of the community.
