Prior to joining REDICO and American House, Mr. Carden spent 12 years at B.C. Ziegler & Company in Chicago, Illinois, most recently serving as senior vice president of corporate finance. Ziegler is a full-service, specialty investment bank and broker-dealer specializing in the senior living, health care, religion and education sectors. In addition to his time at Ziegler, Mr. Carden served as director of acquisitions at Classic Residence by Hyatt, the senior housing affiliate of the Hyatt Hotels Corporation, as portfolio manager at RREEF Funds, and he started his senior housing career as a nursing home administrator with Manor Healthcare Corporation.

Her 20 years of experience in assisting landlords and tenants in achieving their real estate goals has resulted in individual transactions as large as one million square feet in the education, healthcare and automotive sectors. Having worked with Chrysler, Central Michigan University, General Motors, AT&T, Comcast and Lockheed Martin, among others. Her extensive clientele list has taken her across the United States and around the world.
