Remco Deacon is a division of the S.D. Deacon family of companies that brings the experience and success of more than 30 years in business as general contractors. We are specialists in the remediation of building envelopes that experience problems related to construction defects. With an emphasis on the repair and restoration of owner occupied multi-tenant residential properties, we provide our services all along the West Coast through our offices in Seattle, Portland, Sacramento and Irvine.

Remco Deacon has a fully trained staff dedicated to helping you with investigating buildings. Our specialized teams of crafts-people have experience removing wall systems, deck assemblies, ceilings, roofs and other building components. This select and careful removal allows building owners, attorneys and their consultants to examine and evaluate the property for construction defect issues.

Our safety program is embedded in our company culture and, while we have demonstrated an excellent safety record over the years, we recognize that safety must be reinforced on a daily basis to remain successful. Brian has been breathing energy into Remco Deacon since signing on in 2003. With over 20 years experience in sales management and business development, his industrious approach and his cheerful, positive demeanor have been instrumental in promoting a new community awareness of the quality services Remco Deacon offers.
