(OTC: REPR) was incorporated under the laws of the State of New York on March 24, 1980 by Andrew Sealfon and Dr. Adrian Zorgniotti, co-inventors of the Company's initial product, the THD® (Testicular Hypothermia Device®). The THD is a medical device for improving the semen quality of infertile males by lowering the intrascrotal temperature.The Company's modern 28,000 square foot facility at Chester, New York houses its corporate offices, research and development, manufacturing and warehouse operations. Repro-Med manufactures medical devices for a variety of markets including emergency-care, hospital, home-care and OEM. The Company's ability to provide design, development and manufacturing services with rapid turn-around-times makes it ideally suited for today's competitive world market.As a U.S. medical device manufacturer, Repro-Med is a FDA registered establishment. The Company complies with QSR and ISO requirements to meet the needs of a worldwide marketplace. Repro-Med currently manufactures and ships (EC MDD) Class I CE-Marked medical devices to Europe.
