Rockledge Partners, LLC was incorporated in 2003 as an independent, registered investment advisor and began managing assets in January 2004. The firm's owners included the two founding partners, Wayne H. Shaner and Shawn M. Hendon. Their previous responsibilities included managing equities at a Fortune 100 company for over 20 years.
