With over 18 years of experience in both the TampaBay area and Asheville, NC, we have completed numerous commercial, municipal, residential and religious design projects. Our most recent project is the award winning EcoOaks Apartments in Tampa, FL, the first LEED Platinum certified multi-family new construction project in the state of Florida. We offer full architectural services, including planning, programming, design, architecture, construction administration oversight and interior design. SEArchitecture is a Florida Certified Woman Owned Business, and the principal is a LEED Green Associate with memberships in the AIA (American Institute of Architects), the USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council), and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
