Our CEO/Founder Mark Gross was a high school teacher, and our company philosophy and our product is driven by his vision. Our office is located in the heart of downtown San Francisco, near Union Square—every day we listen to the iconic San Francisco cable cars go by our windows, ringing their bells. We are proud of our affable, laid-back corporate culture, and we keep things loose in the office. But don’t mistake that for laziness! Loopsters are focused, motivated people, driven by the increasing needs of schools in these poor economic times and the excitement of being part of a growing company. Launched in 2004, today School Loop serves over 2000 schools in 100 districts in 25 states, including a large customer base in California. We have grown rapidly while also earning a 97%+ renewal rate and the business of a number of marquee clients including San Francisco Unified, Long Beach Unified, and Elk Grove Unified.
