Second Street Securities, Incorporated, established in 1997, is a broker/dealer registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and a member of the FINRA and SIPC with their Main Office located in Woodland Hills, California. Second Street is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Advent Software. From June 1997 to June 2006, Second Street provided independent research and brokerage services to Institutional Investors, Hedge Funds, and Registered Investment Advisors on a fully disclosed basis. The Firm sold its soft-dollar business and certain other brokerage services in 2006 to an outside entity.
