Description

While Securboration continues to grow, the goal of the Research and Development Division remains to continually identify the most challenging problems facing our customers. We leverage and extend a broad range of technologies, and work with our Subject Matter Experts, to develop proof-of-concept solutions that are evolved into deployable products by our Software Innovations Division and Product Development and Applications Division.

Securboration was founded in 2001 to address collaboration needs of the DoD, particularly in the areas of scenario generation for complex simulations. With funding from the Small Business Innovative Research Program, Securboration developed innovative techniques to support large-scale military exercises by seamlessly integrating configuration data from multitudes of stand-alone simulation participants. This automated the translation, synchronization, and distribution of data to provide 'ground-truth' to initiate complex distributed military exercises.

Securboration was founded in 2001 on the belief that Security and Collaboration will have a significant impact on the evolution of software architecture across a variety of domains. As such, we are focused on developing technologies to meet the current and future needs for Secure and Collaborative Environments that span areas such as intelligence operations, mission planning, effects-based assessment, adversarial modeling, and cyber operations, among others.

Since our inception, Securboration has established itself as a premier research and development organization. Our initial contract vehicles were initially through the Small Business Innovative Research program, and we excelled at the initial research and proof-of-concept (Phase I), full-scale development (Phase II) and commercialization (Phase III). Our successes and recognition in SBIR program have paved the way for continued growth and opportunities outside of the SBIR program that leverage all of Securboration’s Divisions to provide robust full-scale solutions.

The U.S. Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) and Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) have combined to award Securboration a $1M contract to develop and apply Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) solutions to provide enterprise level visibility into the performance of AFRC Command Priorities. This contract is an enhancement to Securboration’s $750,000 Small Business Innovative Research contract to develop enterprise wide semantic interoperability solutions for both Government and commercial organizations.
