Mr. Fredrickson has an impressive record of accomplishments serving the healthcare industry for over 30 years. His vast experience and understanding of the complexity and uniqueness of the healthcare industry has enabled him to create innovative and highly valuable solutions for healthcare providers. His comprehensive understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle has led to concepts originating with a single client that later became a best practice and market standard throughout the United States. Indeed, many of his solutions have become industry game changers, providing dramatic improvement results for clients. Mr. Fredrickson is also known for creating a company culture that attracts and retains among the industry's best talent.

Ms. Motta has extensive experience and oversight in the management and successful placement of over 400 staff members for a similar ID/IQ multiple award contract for the Government. From September 2002 to August 2009, Ms. Motta helped shape strategic goals, objectives, policies and procedures, as well as directing day-to-day operations of functional areas including processing, medical coding, ancillary and nursing staff management activities, auditing, and provider training. Her tenure includes managing ancillary, nursing and medical services staff for the Air Force MASS and Navy MATO contracts. A Medical Administrator with over 30 years managerial and clinical experience in MHS, corporate and private settings.

Mr. Vairo has 19 years of healthcare experience working with many of the nation’s most respected organizations, concentrating on revenue cycle solutions. His result-oriented approach, dedication to customer service and commitment to sales integrity are a perfect blend with Signature’s philosophies. Mr. Vairo received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Nebraska, Lincoln, and has been involved with Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) since 2000. He has served as President, President-Elect, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary of the Nebraska Chapter and is a current member of the National Chapter Advancement Team (CAT).
