Strategic provides professional health care related solutions and services for Federal and State Governments. Currently, its prime focus is work required by the United States Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), specifically, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). Strategic’s services are available through the award of the General Services Administrative (GSA) Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS) contract ( GS-10F-0231T ). Services offered by Strategic pursuant to this contract include consulting services, as well as program integration and project management services. Strategic is ISO 9001:2008 certified and is committed to providing quality products and services. Quality of Care Monitor StrategicHealthSolutions, LLC (Strategic) was chosen by the Office of Inspector General (OIG) to serve as the Quality of Care Monitor for a dental management company with locations throughout the United States. Strategic is responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the company’s internal quality control systems, its response to quality of care issues, and its compliance with the quality of care provisions of the OIG’s Corporate Integrity Agreement (CIA). Education Medicaid Integrity Contract (Education MIC) Task Order One On August 31, 2009, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) awarded the Education Medicaid Integrity Contract (Education MIC) Task Order One to StrategicHealthSolutions, LLC (Strategic). This national contract is the first award under the umbrella contract that began in October 2008. Strategic and its subcontractors will be responsible for promoting the integrity of Medicaid programs by developing education and training for Medicaid service providers, managed care entities, Medicaid recipients, State agencies, and other stakeholders regarding Medicaid payment integrity and quality of care. The Education MIC Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract was awarded in September 2008. Strategic is one of only two contractors that hold this designation. Strategic is responsible for promoting the integrity of the Medicaid Program by educating Medicaid providers of services, managed care entities, Medicaid beneficiaries, and others about Medicaid payment integrity and quality of care. This contract is the second award under the umbrella contract that began in October 2008. Strategic and its subcontractors will be responsible for developing and delivering an educational curriculum to educate Medicaid providers about Medicaid payment integrity and quality of care issues as they occur in MIC Regions III and IV. The Education MIC Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract was awarded in September 2008. Strategic is one of only two contractors that hold this designation.
