Mr. Colucci owns and operates a private real estate company focused on the investment, management, and development of real estate opportunities in Southern California. Portfolio asset types include multi-family, office, industrial and single-family housing. He has worked with Goldman Sachs, Inc. in the real estate investment-banking group in New York City. At Goldman Sachs he was involved in over $5 billion of CMBS transactions with underwriting oversight, rating agency and investor relations, and due diligence for the entire securitization process.

In 1986, Robert C. Campbell participated in the buyout of Charterhouse Canada Limited which was the Canadian subsidiary of Charterhouse U.K. (renamed Hendron Holding Corporation at that time). Hendron Holding Corporation, which is now controlled by Mr. Campbell, is a merchant bank/investment holding company which utilizes its own funds to invest in and finance a wide range of businesses and real estate holdings. The firm has been in operation in Canada for over 40 years as a merchant bank/venture capital firm primarily involved in acquiring equity positions in private companies. Mr.
