He has over 15 years of experience in life sciences company management, venture capital and strategic consulting. Dr. Pruzanski was previously a venture partner at Apple Tree Partners, an early stage life sciences venture capital firm he co-founded in 1999.

Mr. Mills is Stereotaxis' Chairman of the Board and currently serves as our Interim Chief Executive Officer. He is an independent venture capitalist with over 32 years of experience in venture capital. Other current Board memberships include serving as Chairman of the Board of Managers of Ascension Health Ventures III, L.P., a strategic healthcare venture fund focused on the medical device, technology and service sectors; and Interleuken Genetics, Inc., a publicly traded company that develops and markets genetic tests.

Mr. Cheng joined Stereotaxis in April 2010. He has over 15 years of experience in the medical technology industry leading marketing, business development and start-up ventures. Prior to joining Stereotaxis, Mr. Cheng was President and Chief Executive Officer of Perfinity Biosciences, Inc. (previously Quadraspec, Inc.), from 2009 to 2010. He currently serves as a director of Perfinity Biosciences, Inc. From 2005 to 2009, Mr. Cheng was President and Chief Executive Officer of OBS Medical.

Barbara Duncan has served as chief financial officer and secretary since May 2009 and as treasurer since 2010. She has over 14 years experience in the life sciences industry. From 2001 through April 2009, Ms. Duncan served as chief financial officer and then chief executive officer at DOV Pharmaceutical, Inc., or DOV, a biopharmaceutical company focused on central nervous system disorders, which was sold to Euthymics Bioscience, Inc. in 2010.
