SouthEastern Roofing Company of Pineville, Incorporated/SouthEastern Construction (SouthEastern) specializes in general contracting, facility maintenance, historic restoration and roofing. We focus on providing complete customized service. We welcome challenging projects. Whether they require creative design, specialty products, or bricks and mortar we use the same methodical approach to insure consistent quality. While SouthEastern began and continues as an installer of top quality roofing systems, we cultivated our construction and facility maintenance capabilities which now make up over 75% of revenues. Among successful, full-scope construction projects are historic restorations for the National Park Service, design/build projects for the US Fish and Wildlife Service, US Army Corps of Engineers and the US Forest Service and HVAC system installations for the US Department of Agriculture and Veteran ’s Administration Hospitals. We began facility maintenance operations in 2000 with the successful design and 3-year implementation of a maintenance program for the Defense Logistics Agency. We currently manage the HVAC and Water-Sewer systems for the same agency under two IDIQ contracts in locations in the Midwest and Northeast. We are under multi-year task order contracts with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the Veteran ’s Administration Medical Centers in Huntington and Martinsburg, WV. Our strong reputation led us to be recognized by LVI Environmental, a national leader in lead and asbestos abatement, and demolition. SouthEastern ’s teaming agreement with LVI helps expand our presence along the industry ’s competitive landscape. In March 2006 we graduated from the Small Business Administration 8(a) program. Participation was extremely rewarding – we are grateful for the support and the many opportunities the 8(a) program afforded. In 2002, we became a Hub Zone certified business. We are also certified by the Virginia Minority Development Council and have DBE certifications pending with WV, MD, VA, DC and PA. SouthEastern ’s main office is located in Pineville, West Virginia with a branch office in Falls Church, Virginia. While most of our construction requires us to travel throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, we are prepared to work anywhere in the country. SouthEastern ’s team brings over 100 years of combined management expertise and its core crew brings 85 years of skilled experience in a full range of construction trades and roofing systems.
