In addition to our corporate commitment, we are dedicated to mentoring and networking with S/M/W/DBE subcontractors. On every project we develop and implement effective programs tailored for that project and its specific needs and goals. As part of this effort, we conduct extensive programs including assisting subcontractors in becoming qualified; working with subcontractor associations, civic organizations and community agencies; and providing technical assistance through training programs provided by Structure Tone’s staff.

By continually refining our business practices based on our hands-on experiences, we have created a strong, cooperative partnership with our clients. Each year these clients validate Structure Tone’s commitment to meeting their needs through repeat assignments.

Our staff has the knowledge and experience to recognize potential problems or high cost issues quickly—and provide effective, satisfactory solutions. Recommended suggestions may range from the purchase of a different type of stone or light fixture to fast-track scheduling to bring Day-One occupancy closer.
