Rick Hurst President rhurst@summitelectrical.com Rick Hurst opened the doors to Hurst Electric in 1984. After incorporation in 1999 he changed the name to Summit Electrical Contractors. Rick has a state master ’s license for electrical contracting in Florida and Georgia, and has met the test requirements for license in North Carolina. As President of Summit Electric, his role is to manage our team of professionals and safeguard our guarantee of total customer satisfaction. He has served in estimating, sales, project management, financial, and most other areas of the electrical industry. Rick is active in his local church, teaching a bible class for the last 26 years. He works extensively as a director of FEI, a non profit foundation providing food and other essential needs for needy children. Gary is very active in the local community and the international community. He currently leads mission activities in Ecuador, with feeding programs and health clinics for needy children.
