Michael’s 20+ years of experience includes custom machine design, with the related control systems for the textile, food and beverage, and water and wastewater industries. He also has extensive experience in the application of automation software for machine control, and data collection. Michael has been a Project Engineer with Sunapsys for over 7 years. When not programming, troubleshooting, or designing a new control system for Sunapsys’ clients, Michael enjoys attending Virginia Tech football games and spending time with his wife and two children.

We are a Virginia-based firm specializing in the design and implementation of controls and information systems for municipalities, manufacturers, and OEM's. Sunapsys is the first system integrator based in the VA, NC, WV, and MD region to earn the Certified Member status from the CSIA . We remain the largest independent system integrator in southwestern Virginia. Our name, Sunapsys, is derived from the word "synapse." Synapses in our bodies transmit electrical impulses between neurons in the central nervous system.

Lisa brings over 22 years of experience in client service, sales, marketing, and business development. This experience enables her to build and maintain stable relationships between multiple parties fostering open communication; a skill vital to the success of any project and central to Sunapsys’ philosophy of exceeding client expectations. When not promoting Sunapsys, she enjoys serving on the Tourism Commission for Craig County and spending time with her husband and three children.

Sunapsys is a full-service systems integrator and provides services at all stages in the life of a control or information systems project.
