In 2005 the company acquired the assets of Privia, Inc., a company whose enterprise software solution automates the qualification, development and delivery of commercial bids on large government contracts. Also in 2005, the company was renamed to Synchris, Inc. and the MAP ROI and Privia products were merged to produce Privia® by Synchris™.Synchris is helping improve win rates for leading government contractors, including Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Mantech International, CACI, STG, Apptis, and Chenega Corporation. Synchris investors include Novak Biddle Venture Partners, Aurora Funds and Inflection Point Ventures.
