TLM Associates, Inc. is a professional architectural and engineering firm that has been serving the Mid South since 1964. The firm consists of registered, licensed professional architects and engineers along with experienced design professionals and technical personnel specializing in architectural and engineering services. Our team has over 300 years of combined experience.

Mr. Safin has been with TLM Associates, Inc. since 2003. A licensed civil engineer since 2007, he has experience in project design and management in both the public and private sectors. Mr. Safin’s experience includes a number of site, transportation, and utility projects. Mr. Safin also serves as plans reviewer for the City of Medina, as well as Madison County.

Our engineers are well versed in the latest design codes, analysis procedures, and construction techniques to be able to provide your project with an efficient and cost effective solution to your structural engineering project. Our attention to detail and coordination with other disciplines (Architectural, Mechanical, etc.) provides our clients with a set of drawings that go above and beyond normal practice. This gives our client the confidence that the construction project will go smoothly without unexpected cost increases during construction.

Randy has been with TLM Associates, Inc. since 1998. A licensed civil engineer since 1998, he has experience in project design and management in both the public and private sectors. His experience includes a number of civil and municipal water, wastewater and environmental related projects.

Mr. Pleasants joined TLM Associates, Inc. in 2004 and has over fourteen years experience in computer aided drafting.
