TWH Architects has become recognized and selected by several municipalities in the region to design new criminal justice facilities including court rooms, inmate housing, and ancillary support spaces. TWH was selected by several counties to provide feasibility studies and needs assessments prior to designing the facility. In the process, TWH had to facilitate workshops and public meetings in order to educate the public and government officials with regard to needs, options, and concepts for resolving overcrowding and substandard conditions.

The River House Condominium Complex, as a part of RiverCity Resort, incorporates two and three bedroom units between 2,000 and 2,500 square feet. The top level penthouses allow for additional square footage and two-story loft space with views and vistas second to none in the urban area of Chattanooga. At the lower level, covered parking provides private access to each and every unit by way of a private elevator. The plaza, which incorporates an indoor/outdoor pool as well as fitness center, has a promenade that not only connects to the boat marina below, but also Renaissance Park.
