Dr. Taleisnik was born in Rochester, Minnesota in 1962, where his father Julio completed his orthopedic residency. Julio Taleisnik went on to become one of the leading Hand Surgeons in the world, and has been in practice in Orange County for over 30 years. Dr. Andres, as he is known in the office, joined his father's group in September 1997 after completing extensive and rigorous training in plastic surgery and hand surgery.
