TechsPerts is a Memphis based business built on family values. We understand how frustrating technology can be, especially when it is not working properly. That is why we have made it our mission to provide you with the service and support you want, need, and deserve. To insure premier service, our technicians have exceptional communication skills. Technology is impersonal but our technicians are not. They have great interpersonal skills and the ability to explain technology in simple terms. Our technicians are certified, bonded, and insured.

Steve West has over thirty years experience in the information technology field. Prior to opening TechsPerts, Steve was the Senior Vice President of Production Delivery Service for Union Planters Bank. Steve West has held Senior Management positions with IBM and several of the largest banking organizations in the country over a 25 year period. In this role, he advised the business units on the selection and implementation of all aspects of technology. Growing up in the large data center environment starting in the late 70's provided a unique opportunity and perspective.
