Texpo Energy is a private, non-affiliated Retail Electric Provider ("REP") in the State of Texas, founded by highly experienced energy executives with more than 150 years of combined experience in the electricity, natural gas, and related industries. The Texpo Energy Team implements advanced techniques in customer relations, custom services, sales, and marketing. Texpo Energy team members have worked in deregulated markets all over North America, including many international markets, and have worked in Texas' restructured markets since the inception of deregulation in January 2002.

The position is responsible for providing superior customer service for every customer that contacts the Customer Care Center. The role consists of assisting customers with inquiries concerning account information and services that are offered by Texpo Energy. Required skills include being receptive, competent and analytical to resolve customer related questions and issues. The ideal candidate will be able to interact effectively with customers while providing a positive experience.

Texpo Energy aims to provide customers with a complete energy solution that is tailored to meet their individual needs. The first step is to evaluate a customer's specifications in depth. From there, Texpo Energy assesses the best service offerings it can supply and presents the customer with an array of workable solutions. The customer can then formulate a more informed decision to best facilitate their individual situation. Texpo Energy believes this strategy is what sets it apart from other REPs in the commercial and residential energy markets.
